Ment to book an appointment after my annual occupational health suggested I had a 80% build up of earwax and over the counter ear drops etc didn't help.
I stupidly left it until I had some hearing difficulties in my left ear before booking the appointment.
Wow what a relief and difference the earwax removal process has made like a new man. Steven was very knowledgeable and explained everything well before during and after the procedure, would highly recommend his services. Thanks Paul

Took my daughter yesterday to get both ears microsuctioned. Steven was very professional ensuring she was informed all the way through. Even when the right ear was a bit trickier. And very friendly.

Took my 93 year old Aunt for ear wax removal.Stephan has great people skills,he worked efficiently and quickly to make sure my Aunt had as little discomfort as possible.He knew she was a wheelchair user and made sure we knew where the drop kerbs and parking were to make our arrival as smooth as possible .He also gave us some wriggle room with our arrival time to take into account we had an elderly lady and a wheelchair. Would highly recommend this business.Very reasonably priced in comparison to other providers.Will definitely be returning.

I made an appointment with Steven for ear wax removal. Steven listened to me when I described my previous history with ear irrigation and recommended microsuction. The procedure was painless and took about 10 minutes. I am delighted with the outcome. This was a first class service from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steven to family and friends.

Fantastic service from Steven. Ear has been blocked for what I thought was the last 12 weeks, Dr recommended olive oil drops, big no no according to Steven. Didn’t work and woke up today unable to hear out my right ear. Booked in with Steven for this afternoon and so glad I did. He used a suction device, No water or syringing and No pain whatsoever during the procedure. Turns out the wax in my ear which came out as a huge ball has been there for years. Steven is Very knowledgeable and I will 100% use again. Would highly recommend if you have any hearing issues. I can now hear crystal clear again. Thanks again Steven.

Ear wax removal today. Very painless and I can hear better than I've done for months. The lady who did my ears (I think it was Anne)was very pleasant.

Lovely new office, very friendly and relaxing had my ears unblocked by Ann, totally painless and now I can hear again great, Steven and Ann put you at ease nice atmosphere in their new premises

Absolutely fantastic service! My wife had been struggling with a blocked ear for quite a while, and they sorted it out in just five minutes. The procedure was quick, professional, and completely put her at ease.
We were seen by Steven, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very reassuring throughout. Not only did he fix the issue straight away, but he also gave us some really helpful advice on how to prevent it from happening again.
We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help
